The "ALPENROSE" project focused on the principle problem of the ongoing extension of a historical structure in the swiss village Sils, that itself leads a constant struggle concealing its structural transformation into a hotel machinery with gigantic underground parking garages.
As the method of extension I used a continuation of growth on the open ends of the continously remodeled and expanded structure.
